Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the FlowLinks AI surveillance platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grey Matterz Inc.
By accessing or using the FlowLinks platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organisation administrators, operators, and viewers.
FlowLinks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your organisation's internal security and surveillance purposes. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to monitor individuals without their knowledge in jurisdictions where such monitoring is prohibited, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. FlowLinks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You retain ownership of all video data captured through cameras connected to the FlowLinks platform. By using the service, you grant FlowLinks a limited licence to process, store, and transmit video data solely to provide the features you have configured. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of video surveillance complies with applicable local laws, including notice and consent requirements.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the FlowLinks platform — including software, AI models, trademarks, and documentation — remain exclusively with Grey Matterz Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property outside the limited licence described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or security incidents arising from third-party access. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
